Real Work at Home Jobs

MYSTERY SHOPPING AND AUDITING:

For almost a year and a half now I have been doing Mystery Shopping and Auditing.  It isn't a get rich quick scheme but if you work it right, it is a decent amount of extra money coming in.

Here are a few simple rules to help you with the process of becoming a Mystery Shopper.
1)  Before you sign up for anything read their terms and conditions.
2)  If they want to charge you to sign up to become a mystery shopper, walk away.  There are too many that you can sign up for that do not charge and they are legitimate!  If a site wants you to pay then more than likely they are a broker that will send you job openings from the free sites OR they have nothing to do with real Mystery Shopping and just want your email address and information!
3)  Check out MSPA, it is legitimate and you can pay to become a silver or gold shopper, however, most shops do not require this.  However, you can find a list of legitimate shops on this site and also "Job Slinger".  There is also a mystery shopping forum that lists legitimate companies and also gives some good tips.
4)  Before you sign up for anything, create a new email account just for mystery shopping and make sure you check it daily.  The reason for this is to keep things separate and easy to find but also if you do happen to get extra mail it won't fill up your personal inbox.
5)  Don't be intimidated by the jargon and what they want you to do for the job.  It is pretty easy to do and just takes some getting used to.  If I can do it, you can!
6)  Double check your spelling and punctuation on reports once you have become a mystery shopper.  If you don't it doesn't mean you won't get paid for that job but it will decrease your chances of being accepted for more.

This is not an all inclusive list but it is a good start.  If you do sign up and have some questions, feel free to come back here and ask.

Having said that, I am not going to list the names of the shops here but I am willing to pass the links on if you are really interested (for free).
